What a pleasant experience dealing with St Andrews Property Lets.  Our niece and nephew in Edinburgh and Glasgow had bad experiences with their respective landlords as students with basic failures in the tenancy.  When our daughter and friend said they did not want to stay in halls for second year we were apprehensive about private renting.  The company was excellent at accommodating our requirements and our daughter stayed in the flat for the following 3-years.
