It's a great and lovely experience to be a tenant of St Andrews Property Lets. We got the keys as soon as we arrived at the town. Michelle is very thoughtful and always takes good care of the property. Each and every demand during our one-year letting was perfectly satisfied. What a pleasant experience dealing with St Andrews Property Lets.  Our niece and nephew in Edinburgh and Glasgow had bad experiences with their respective landlords as students with basic failures in the tenancy.  When our daughter and friend said they did not want to stay in halls for second year we were apprehensive about private renting.  Michelle was excellent at accommodating our requirements and our daughter stayed in the flat for the following 3-years.
